The labor to drop the tranny and replace it was $400 (plus the tranny fluid). Assuming all goes well with my tranny, I'll have to pay that again. It's not my mechanics problem that the tranny wasn't perfect and it's really not Kormex's responsibility to pay for the second swap, just to deliver a good tranny.
