i think jack does a very fair and honest job! most of the time (and i myself am a custom to this) most work is carried out to a budget whereas not many folk have the coin to throw at a car and simply need the specified job doing to keep cost down. now tranny's aint cheap to rebuild as everyone knows so this is the crunch factor where budget is concerned.
to say a company thats been trading for years has no clue what they are doing is wrong! i would send my tranny to jack rather than kormex if i was in the states with no clue about cars.
