The stock ECU will still try to adjust your fuel for stoich at low loads, but you need to get your S-AFC dialed in well enough so that the fuel trims don't float around as you drive. You'll need to watch the trims on the logger to determine if the tune is being affected by the ECU or not. Try to keep the trims as close to 100 as possible.
