I managed 300 miles of stop/start town driving, Exedy Daikin OEM clutch. As people have said it`s only really setting off that breaks them in when it`s slipping against the flywheel.

If you`ve got a Cerametalic puck clutch that goes out of the window, I didn`t need to break in the Helix puck fitted to my Golf 16VG60, gearbox broke before the clutch even thought about slipping after a years abuse..
