I am currently getting my transmission rebuilt from Jack. He has been pretty helpful and understanding. My vr4 is currently at a shop here in houston and my transmission was shipped to jack. They had completed the rebuild, but when Jack tested it...they found out that reverse gear pops out under load...which had happened several times before...but now they have to take the transmission apart again and check it out, thus taking more time and explanation to the shop...but I rather go through that than having that one installed, reshipped..etc.. Better safe, than sorry. The shop is now charging me $15/day storage since it is taking longer now. But Jack was helpful and agreed to pay the storage fees. Good business ethics... I would recommend his shop. Update still coming...
