I feel the same way. My girlfriend made plans to help her mom with a baby shower on saturday. AKA Reason not to go. She doesn't see the point of going to OC for one day. She is willing to go after she helps. We might go up later on saturday, stay the night, and come back sunday. I'm still pushing for our original plan of leaving sat morning. Why can't plans just be simple? Why does life have to throw so many obstacles in the way?
