this thing:

where do I go from here, where can I get one, how do i replace it, and do i have the tools???! lol
Wow, you sure its not hiding in the head somewhere? Makes me wonder if that motor had jumped timing in the past. Very odd, I never had that valve cover off before so dont look at me If it has jumped time before that valve is bent, do a compression test on that cylinder before you do anything, if compression is good then you can replace it, also compression test afterwards to make sure.

Well you can get it my shed, lol. And since you probably dont want to pull the timing belt off to do it.... you have to compress the valve spring, ive done it before with a screwdriver but I dont reccomend it.

Search for homemade valve spring compressor and you can make a tool for cheap. Should make your car run a little healthier with that, hehe.

edit. dsm's also use that rocker, not positive that all of them did.
