Yep, I've done it with brake pads and drums already. Hit it a couple different times and let it dry in between and you should be fine.

As expensive as AWD clutches are I sure wouldn't replace it for no reason.

I am really surprised that Frank sold you a trans with a cracked bellhousing and then said it'd be fine???

Especially with RTV sealant. they could have at least used JB weld and had some chance of it holding.
