You could do any of these things:
1. cut outlet in ES bumper, easy if you're careful.
2. replace ES bumper with any 3000gt rear bumper ( which would require buying 3000gt taillights and rear garnish and bolting them in, easily. )
3. replace ES bumper with a Stealth R/T rear bumper ( which would require buying an R/T rear bumper, R/T tails, and R/T center section. This is rather difficult and not really worth it, because you have weld in new taillight buckets to fit the R/T tails, as well as welding in a new mount for the bumper itself I believe - basically not a good option. )
.....that should cover your options.
P.S. - I chose option 2 with my car, along with some other things.
