I used a heat gun and heated my sleeves up to 130F and they slid right on but you have to do it quick cause they cool pretty quickly. If you need to press it on then a steel pipe with cap works nicely to press it. The dia won't be perfect so use the press to bend the pipe end into an oval until it works.
