Some 5-speeds also have 25 spline output shafts just like the 6-speeds. If you want to put a 6-speed in you will need more then just the Transfer Case. I'll make a list.
- 6-speed Transmission
- 6-speed Transfer Case
- Front third of 6-speed driveshaft
- 6-speed rear end or 6-speed ring and pinion gears for rear end or JDM 6-speed gearing w/5-speed rear end
These are the things you will need to change to a 6-speed. You need a lot more then just the transfer case.
