Default Random vibration at highway speed

It starts randomly, mostly at highway speeds at60 and up. engageing the clutch wont make it disappear, changing gears makes no difference neither. when turning it feels worse, its the worst when braking- steering wheels starts shaking badly like the car is falling to pieces. Anything i tried wont change the vibration at all, it just get faster when i speed up,slower when i slow down. First i thought its brake rotors, but then the vibration goes away and everything is fine again, no vibration at all, not even when braking. As i said, it starts and goes away randomly. Just got new tires, balanced the wheels.Changed tie rod ends, ball joints, swaybar end links. New passenger side front driveasxle. Alignment done.
My only guess is driver side driveaxle carrier bearing. Is that it?
Im pretty sure my shocks are also going since on uneven pavement it knocks baldy on front driver side as if the wheel is loose. Lifted nose up to check everything. Rattled both front wheels, wheel bearings seem to be fine also since the wheels dont move at all . But i dont think it has anything to do with the vibration.
Any thoughts on this?
