ok im really getting pissed off. basically every muscle car owner i know is telling me that im an idiot for doing a tt swap on my 92 ds RT NA. EVERYBODY says that i wont even make it to the end of my street before the transmission blows and im out big $. My argument is this, if i can spin out in 1st and 2nd without blowing the trans, why would now spinning out in 1st or 2nd with a turbo hurt the transmission, if it can handle the stress of light throttle to WFO throttle why would a twin turbo swap blow it up. None of these people are too familiar with the 3S's however one is a dodge expert and swears that there is no way in hell the trans will hold. As far as i know the weakest part of the SL's and RT's is the traction and you will lose traction before any damage occurs. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated as this is my daily driver and if i blow it up i cant get to work.
