If I had exactly $8k to into a completely stock car

IPS quad tip exhaust and downpipe - $1100
CX Racing FMIC kit - $599
19T turbos - $1800
Emanage ultimate with map/ait - $650
Blitz SBC-ID $450
PTE 680cc injectors - $400
SBC Stage 4 FE clutch - $600
IPS flywheel - $350
Fuel Pump - $180
misc gauges - $300
Wideband 02 - $250
Datalogger - $150

thats around $6500 total, I know my figures are no exact but thats a ballpark, leave a couple thousand for having someone help you install the stuff if you are not comfortable doing all the stuff yourself.

Just keep in mind, upgradability! once you get started on these cars you never stop, so money well spent is on parts that will allow you further push the limits. I would get a turbo that you will be satisfied with, 13G's IMO are just not really worth the money when 15G's are relatively close in cost. 19t's would be the best option IMO just because you have the ability to push the limits further with them. Turbos, fuel setup, and clutch are the places I would aim for the best that will fit within your budget, because both can be a limiting factor in the future.
