[jlfx car audio]

i have heard that the dodge stelth headlights would work with the 99 bumper ? if so would they be any cheaper?
also can the extra brackets needed to mount the front bumper be made with some flat steel or something i am not worried about it being factory flawless i just want it to look like a 99 with a flawless body
