Close, but not quite what I'm looking for...
That's more to do with adjusting the ignition timing for performance. I'm looking to actually get the cams in time to put the timing belt on. That calls for having the engine already running prior, and that is where I'm lacking...the cams have been turned and I don't know how far. This will involve finding top dead center and lining up timing marks in some shape, form, or fashion, I just don't know what marks to line up where, etc.
