my car was doing this....same exact issue...both tour and sport lights would blink at the same time...now i put in a used ECS computer unit, worked until i got out of the drive way..hit a bump, same issue again...then i read that you can check each individual shock tower, (the caps, where the ECS plugs in at)for any loose connections, which all mine were 100% good..at that point in time i had all new OEM, ECS, struts..with a tein s lowering spring...put all new struts, problem fixed...
so to sum it all up things to check
1: check your ECS computer unit, (located in back on passenger side rear)
2: check each connection on top for loose/ bad connection
3: one or more struts are worn out..causing the ECS to not work right
