Don’t confuse me with a guy that has not maintained an engine and is all of the sudden getting this ticking. I change my oil every 3000 miles regardless with Mobil 1 0w-40 in the winter and 10w-40 in the summer. I do not have any oil leaks and have even played with changing the brand of oil I use as well as different viscosities. None of it makes a difference.

I have even taken off my valve covers. I do not see any sludge buildup so as far as I can tell oil it getting around the engine. Is there a way to increase or switch to 3mm oil paths as “Porbund” was talking about? Can anyone verify this stuff?
