Default Help me diagnose this sound (with video)

I recently bought a project VR-4 that had a supposed knock in the rear head. I ran a compression check on it today and obtained the following results on a cold engine (don't want to run it yet):

1 - 155
2 - 160 (seems high to me, possibly carbon buildup?)
3 - 145
4 - 145
5 - 160
6 - 145

Damn good numbers if you ask me for a cold engine. However, something still isn't quite right. There is a strange sound coming from cylinder number 6 when this thing is cranking over. Almost sounds like a popping noise, but I'm thinking it may be piston on valve (although the compression wouldn't have been so high). Anyway, take a look at my youtube video and tell me what you think. Sorry I didn't get over top of the number 6 cylinder...I didn't realize it was that making the noise until after I took the video.
