EGT should be all you really need. If you want to be really safe look into a wideband too.

A dry system will be fine, especially just with a 50 shot. I was running a 100 dry shot without any issues for a while.

I would suggest getting a bigger bottle though. With a 2.5lb one you're only going to get a 1 full 1/4 mile out of it.
