I consider it budget when using a used crank I had laying around, used pistons, $675 rods are cheaper than $1200 pauters

and a used 2 bolt parted from a parts car. Stock heads and Street grinds are cheap considering most use $2400-$3000 race heads and cams.

But yeah, it's all relative.
