I personally can't tell you the 100% answer to that (and I'm certainly not a road racing expert). My assumption is based on my own experience though. I don't think a new set of standard pads would fit with 32mm rotors (its just too tight). However, some pad clearancing aught to get you there (just don't breathe the brake dust).
