depends. Just build a reliable and PROVEN 3 liter. I love ray and im sure his motors rock. But i dont see anyone running around with strokers or know anyone that have had them on the road for any amount of time. there is no need for it in your case. Matt from DR is the only person i know with a stroker that has been driving his car and its a track car only. get some pistons with a tighter piston-wall clearance so they dont trip your knock sensor out, some nice rods (even the cheaper 3sx arent that bad) , new froged oem crank, some aluminized silicon bearings and thrust washers, maybe opt for a little head rubbing and get some turbos you think you will be happy with
