Probably not enough pump to start with if that hasn't been swapped out already. I don't think you can even hit enough airflow with stock turbos to hit fuel cut unless there's a boost leak somewhere. Honestly, I wouldn't even try to run E-85 on stock injectors/pump - there's just not enough headroom for the additional fuel volume needed at higher RPM. Maybe at stock boost levels, but if you are running that low of boost then there's no reason to go E-85 in the first place unless you can get it extremely cheaply somehow (at least 30% cheaper than gasoline).
