There's a 2 relays that controls the fans. There's a high and a low. Your low is probably gone. They are in the engine bay. If that doesn't solve it there is also a connection to your a/c underneath the passenger side dash area that can get fried. Sorry to bring up an old thread.. but im currently experiencing similar issues.
1st... the relays in the engine bay are for the radiator fan hi/lo, not the HVAC blower fan.
From my research its the resistor pack in the DCC controller computer that determines fan speed other than high.
My passenger side window controls have gone out as well, making me curious as to which a/c connection you're referring to, so that I may see if it is the culprit of my problems.
