I need to know what year Magna they fit to tell you if it will go into the 3s. They 3.5L 6g74 we are talking about is the Jspec dohc.

Never mind I'm gonna wiki the Magna.... It will bolt up from what I'm reading. I would contact RPW if I were you since you are in AUS anyway. It can't hurt to be certain and they know all when it comes to Mitsubishi.
