Those headers will not bolt up. The engine it too wide and the V angle is larger. so, essentially, you will need to rebend the front to a more shallow angle and the rear will also have to be bent to a more shallow angle, but then the pipes won't reach each other and you'll have to put a link between the two. Personally I'd just go with the headers made for the 3.5L engine.
