Headers wouldn't match up. Someone on here has done it before. Search for John Monnin's thread on the subject. He lists a few people who have done it. The engine is wider so you'd have to fab up all your exhaust. The rear mounts are different on the block. I believe you can use 72 water pump and oil pumps, so maintenance is easy in those regards. If you have the resources, just do it.
