How can I take the locks off and put regular ones on? I just don't want to be left stranded if I get a flat plus I am planning on getting some new tires soon.
Can I trust a shop like sears or a tire place to get them off?
Thanks

i experienced the same thing when my wheel lock key got stripped out (no clue how). i had to take it into the mitsubishi dealership so they could test it on their master set and then they ordered whichever color it was. they are extremely difficult to visually compare (i tried).
a local shop like sears will probably have no idea how to get it off without having the key. (they may know how, but they probably won't be allowed to do it). the best bet is to go to the dealership unfortunately.
