From all that I gathered that price was the major reason for going single and for our car and exhaust design a twin setup though more expensive is going to spool faster and give you that much more area under the curve (avg hp).

That being said, if I had a stroker to take car of the bottom end with some nice torque down in the lower rpms, a big whoopty do for a drag car. All hell can break loose in the 6-10k rpms area . Forget about low end, you launch at 5500 or more and will never see below that going down the 1/4. On my street car though give me some quick spooling twins and my AC and call me a happy camper .
