There's a 2 relays that controls the fans. There's a high and a low. Your low is probably gone. They are in the engine bay. If that doesn't solve it there is also a connection to your a/c underneath the passenger side dash area that can get fried. I'm not an expert on the subject, just had the exact same thing happen to me. First my window controls went out. Before I bothered to fix it my a/c stopped, only full blast worked. Then that stopped too. Hope this helps.
