I've heard other platforms in Europe just fit an adjustable FPR and then tweak that to compensate for the ratio when running different mixes of bio-ethanol. Typically they seem to raise from 43.5 PSI to 61 PSI when switching from normal gas to E-85. This doesn't cause issues with timing or requiring bigger injectors and controller, but it does need a bigger fuel pump on 3S, such a Denso Supra pump or Walbro 344.
