Default Re: E85 Powered VR4?

Hey,

I don't know if E85 is the way to go. Yes, its better for the environment and yes, its 'cheaper' (per gallon). Alot of dealerships and gas stations up here in MN offer and sell E85 and 'flexfuel' cars. From the people I talk to that own these, most state that although you pay less per gallon the car uses a higher volume of fuel than if you were running 87 or 89 octane gas. Most have told me they break even cost wise, at best. I think E85 for the most part is a good idea, but I'm not looking to pay anything to convert. Take it for what it is, ask more people that run off it.
