Is it safe to assume that if "WB correction" is set at 100% that WB tracking is "disabled"?

You can program either output on the LC1 to be whatever you want. But yes, they are preprogrammed as a narrow-band on #1 and a wideband on #2.
if the correction factor is 100% then the wideband tracking is not modifying the AFR.
