Correct. Think of it as 2 AFC's, mainscale is an AFC for the entire rev range, tune pages is like a normal AFC: tune per RPM. The two numbers are combined and thats your "usertune" you see on the sensor monitor page. Bob was just pointing out that -35 on the mainscale is the same as -35 on the tune page, not to actually run -35 on both.

-35 (or whatever your car likes, adjust it til your car drives good) for mainscale, and tune pages for fine tuning.
