I did the seats in my other car and alleviated the wrinkles by adding 1/4 inch sheet-foam (from any craft store) to the seats before putting down the covers. It was amazingly simple and effective. You just cut out panels to match the seams in each panel of the seat contour and secure it with spray glue. Spray some glue and pinch the seams together for a smooth surface all around. I didn't even have to measure, just laid the material and zipped it with a razor blade. Turned out Beautiful, no wrinkles and also added some plushness to the seats. You can also wad a piece of foam and soak it with glue to fill in any missing chunks of your seat bolster or whatever before laying the top sheet.

If you do it right it will look OEM. The covers are designed to fit new seats, not 10-15 yrs worth of foam compression.

If yours is already together, One other thing you can try is lightly pass over it with a heat gun to shrink it.
Thanks for the imput and this is a great help to those who want to renew their seat for a frsh factory look. i on the otherhand would never keep the factory seats in my car. The factory seat (however comfy they my be) leave alot to be disired from a performance aspect. The drivers seat weighs in at a hefty 64 lbs and passenger 47 lbs. I always put lightweight seats in my car and have myself fitted for them. The factory units do NOT hold you in place cornering in a properly setup vehicle and i dont like holding on the wheel to keep me from flying out the window.
