it appears to me to be different throttle amounts at different RPM's. But I would bet there is an airflow influence as well.
I.e. at 2000 RPM, it takes a lot of throttle, at 2500 it takes less, and at 3000 RPM less still.
Above 3000 RPM it seems that it is always open loop.
I am working on some ideas to make it boost/load sensitive.....
