I installed the new oil pump:


Put the pan back on and carted it back outside cause i realized i would never be able to move it with the heads on.

First head on:

In the process of putting on the timing belt. I didnt have anything to hold the cams in place so i just put a ratchet on each cam gear and lined them up long enough to put on the belt and clip it down with binder clips. The first time I tried this the clips shot off the front cams and the gear cut the shit out of my finger while i was trying to wrap it around the water pump pulley.


I cleaned up the tranny a little bit before install:




along with the valve cover


and i have been in the process of polishing this plenum over the past month, i wish i had more than just sand paper and a dremel.

When i first started:


after 25 hours of sanding, still no polish yet
