Not necessarily. A/C worked fine before AEM.

Just like why you couldn't get your car started with AEM - there was something wrong inside your unit.

SW#3 is not coming to ground like it should, LS6 does not change state.

Fricking A/C system......the damned schematic on this thing is uber complicated (considering what it is)

I will check some other voltage readings tomorrow and see if I can narrow down what's going on.

Also - even with magnetic clutch relay jumpered on there is no cold air.
