Narrowband o2 sensors won't cycle at idle if fuel delivery is too low (lean) -- I'm assuming your o2 readings are very low. Richen the airflow adjustment map at idle until they begin to cycle. I've observed this many times before. Eventually the front o2 sensor will cycle but not the rear, keeping richening it up until both o2 sensors cycle.

That's the funny part, the O2's are stuck rich (.94 -.98) and no matter what I input into the first few cells I cant get them to cycle. I'll go back through and de-select those other maps just in case they are causing trouble.
Did the correction numbers in general look okay?
