When I had the center diff apart, I measured that 2mm of slop was coming from the planetary gear assembly dowel pins & oversize VCU holes. That leaves me with a 13mm of unaccounted for output shaft backlash.

What could be giving me so much output shaft backlash? Worn gears?

Thanks again.

Where and how are they measuring Backlash on the output shaft ?
how much force is being applied ?
you see why I dont touch those numbers , to me they don't make much sense if I don't know how they where aquired.
