When I had my 91 VR4, I took it in for the recall, they replaced the ring. 1.5 yrs later, leaking again, they fixxed it again, no questions asked. But, there have been a lot of people who have been denied a 2nd service. I would call the dealer, complain nicely that it is still leaking, the problem was not fixxed the 1st time & see where that gets you.
