It's amazing how these cars seem to grow teeth when you least expect it isn't it?

My car doubles as a Red Cross blood donation center when it's time to get my hands in there and working. It doesn't matter what it is - she has tasted blood and is now insatiable.

I hate to sound condescending in my posts when it comes to "How much/how long/what to expect?" threads but I'm only trying to give it as realistically as I can. Yes, there's many of us that have done this, and at the same time there's many that still don't understand all there is about what they've done. I like to think I've got a pretty good handle on what I'm doing with my car, but I'm still learning, and still seeing new things that I didn't even think possible with my own car. I'm just about ready to sign-up for one of the efi-101 classes that you can find scattered about the US just so I can get a better grasp on just wtf I'm doing with a fuel controller (because I really don't have an intimate knowledge of what I'm doing outside of watching AFR and EGT). Once you get into heavy modding (which this is) you are going to be going through a very steep learning curve, and if you fail to keep up with it your car is going to pay, and we all know that our cars like to pass the bill to us, every time.

So sorry if I come off sounding harsh or like an asshole. Hopefully anyone that reads my tirades can pull something usefull from them and can use it to not repeat some of the mistakes I've made and helped others with.
