Well I wired up that connector by the alternator (Someone had cut that connector off and left the wiring). I used the same connector off of one of my parts cars. I wired it exactly how it should. I then clipped it in and still get no signal. I know the o2 sensor is good because when I had it spliced off of the existing sensor It showed a signal for the rear (I cut the signal wire at the ECU to test it). Did you have to do any other thing to your wiring other than just plug it in?
