Took it out on the street today to do some tuning. Added some fuel since it was running a bit lean..10 across the board. AFC mode is equivalent to the Emanage stuff, so I would think you would have the same issue. It seems that your fuel trims are working against you at the moment. The trims can be seen on a logger.

I would reset the Pro to all zeros in the tune pages, and set the mainscale to 10% rich or so. then reset the ECU and see what you get.
