Finally got a chance to mess with the car. Turns out the not idling problem wasn't related to the maft-pro and took me a burnt up coil to figure it out (long story).
Anyways, it was running really rich and not idling all that great even with the v-out settings set to 101 and 100. Decided to install it according to the AFC wiring diagram (just had to remove a couple wires) and it seems to idle alot better now however it is running a little lean, around 16, at idle..haven't taken it out to see what I get under load.
Bob...I'm assuming this is because of your ECU overclock leaning everything out. Is something like this where I would mess with the mainscale or is there another option to fix this? I remember you saying it threw off the fuel map a set percentage (10% keeps popping in my head) for the stage 3 ECU...can I just richen the mainscale up 10% or whatever it is and have it basically set the fuel map back to stock?
Haven't messed with the LM-1 problem yet (going out there to do it now) but that should be a simple fix if you guys were right about the wiring problem.
