Man, I am sorry to hear about all the problems people are having with the t-case recall. I guess I was lucky with getting mine fixxed on 2 separate occations with out fuss.

I wish I could help you all out more than I have in this thread, but I just happened to be the guy that was contacted after making a t-case complaint several yrs ago. In return, I relayed the info here on the board.

Currently, my 99 hasn't had the recall done. I'm currently waiting for a leak before ever having the recall done.

I know it sucks, but just use all the available resources you can. Wish I could be more help guys & girls, I really do.
