Sounds like Mitsu. is a bunch of ass hats. Dodge has replaced mine twice under the recall because it cracked. They didn't even question it. I took it both times to them and told them exactly what was wrong and where it was cracked. They basically said i probably knew more about the car then any of their mechanics and ordered me a new one both times. Hell, the first time it was in for the recall they let me install my new t-case in their parking lot because their "tranny guy" was out for a couple days and my car was my daily driver at that time.
