is injectors, boost controller, downpipe, catback, some sort of fuel control (SAFC or one of the sorts) this added up is around $1500 for all new parts...

I was thinking of running open (IPS) down-pipe with a set of 13t's, 450cc (dsm) injectors, supra fuel pump, DSM BOV, DSM IC's, cone airfilter (that I have in my basement - so thats free), and safcII (used).
The record set with those mods similar to those is, I think, 11.8.
This would be less than $1500... right?
What do you think?
EDIT: That DSM is not my brother's, its a friend's. On it, he had an MBC, turbo back, and cone (?)/upgraded air filter. He was running ~16 psi.
