You only need to run wastegate boost to break in the motor, which gives you more margin for error in the tune before you have knock problems. Really, the tune doesn't have to be perfect, just close enough so that you're not stumbling rich or stumbling lean. The important thing is to get WOT pulls, and engine braking coastdowns to seat the rings.

Sounds good, my wastegate boost is going to be 15psi, so it's going to get fast quick.
Do you have any notes or procedures for break in? I thought I was supposed to let the engine idle for 5 mins first then change the oil immediately etc and then start to break it in etc.
I haven't searched yet on the proper procedure, but it seems like you know what you're talking about so if you have any advise I would be very greatful.
